I began searching for a new Ram 2500 not too long ago and noticed that across the state and locally, Laura Sullivan had the best variety. This coupled with my previous experience purchasing my 2021 Dodge Challenger from the same dealership was a no brainer for me.
Although I can’t remember who the salesperson was the last time I was at Laura I do remember the excellent service they provided. With this also not being my first vehicle purchase, I had high expectations. I mentioned to Richard Blue that while my last experience with Laura Sullivan was smooth, this time was like butter. And I mean very little exaggeration in that Richard made this experience phenomenal for me. Any issues with my trade in, logistics, and future service appointments were taken care of completely.
All in all, I cannot recommend Laura Sullivan and Richard enough. Thank you for the experience.
Nathan was what one would want in a car salesman. He worked hard to find the vehicle we wanted, even searching at other dealers. When that turned up nothing, he helped us through the process of ordering our vehicle. He stayed in touch and kept us informed, but did not pester. And now...we have the exact vehicle we wanted!!
I was taken care of by Dan Dell, who went above and beyond to make sure the whole process went smoothly. The whole thing was taken care of over the phone. I flow in from California to pickup the vehicle and finalize all documentation. Dan picked me up at my hotel and drove me to the dealership early in the morning. I was there for 30 minutes and then I was on my way after finalizing everything. Best part is I got over $10k off of the vehicles MSRP. Some of the best prices in the country. I would buy from Dan again in the future and would recommend him to all my friends and family.
BAIT AND SWITCH…this dealership made a deal with me over the phone on the value of my trade-in after sending them multiple pictures (including odometer) of my truck. I accepted their offer. They also said to lock in the deal and save the truck I wanted to purchase since I was driving 3 hours to pay $500, I paid. Once I got there, within a few minutes of looking at my truck the deal changed. My truck is in near perfect condition. They said they “misread” the odometer (see picture they received below). Looks pretty clear to me! As a result they attempted to renegotiate my deal knowing I’d driven a total of 6 hrs. I was astounded by their lack of concern over their “mistake”. My opinion is these vermin employ this practice or similar practices on a regular basis. The problem is they picked the wrong guy, a guy with resources. As a result, I will be pursuing further action, potentially class action. Stay tuned if you experienced a similar situation. You will have an opportunity to join.
I started the process of buying my car about a month ago. After finally finally two vehicles that I liked, I called both dealerships and had my initial discussions over the phone. Nathan Mooney was just extremely professional and courteous the entire time, and that one feature was the deciding factor that caused me to make the one and a half hour trip to Sullivan and eventually I bought my vehicle from them. Sometimes it’s more than numbers and dents in mileage on a vehicle but a lot more to do with personality behaviors, and just overall kindness. Really happy to have met NATHAN and hope to do business with him in the dealership again in the future. I absolutely love my new truck! Happy holidays!
I just bought my 2023 ram 3500 limited Mega Cab Dually from Laura Automotive Group and I can’t thank them enough! The team there is second to none. Richard Blue my sales man, not only made me feel like he had my best interest the whole time but made me feel like he cared as if I was his own family member he was not just selling a truck to but helping get the truck of my dreams. Joe the sales manager was the same way! They not only wanted my business but went above and beyond to keep my business when I was looking elsewhere. They told me I’d have the best priced truck in the country and they held true to that statement!!! Tim the finance manager stayed late to run numbers just for me. The hospitality was beyond belief. My new truck was being detailed so they offered us a truck to go eat lunch with but the best part was they bought our lunch! We didn’t have to wait in a boring waiting room for hours. This isn’t your typical dealership! They care beyond the car deal. If they can’t make you happy nobody can. I have nothing to nitpick. This is a first class dealership and they are leaving the competition in the dust.
The process of looking online and buying went as smooth as possible. We were taken back by the attentiveness our salesman showed for our wants.
We were inquiring online about a 3/4 ton diesel for our business; and we were very impressed by Richard Blue, for reaching out as fast as he did.
We didn’t even have to go to the lot, he knew our needs and wants from our online inquiry, and got the ball rolling immediately.
Not only did he go above and beyond to make sure the deal was done, he made sure that our purchase was to our satisfaction, even after the deal was done.
I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase, to reach out to Richard Blue for your vehicle needs. We definitely plan on using him again in the near future for our family vehicle!
This was my first time making a purchase online from out of state. Nathan Mooney made this process very easy purchasing my 2024 Ram 1500 Bighorn.
